An important stage of inspection of demined territories has been completed in Chernihiv region

In the Chernihiv region, an important stage of inspection of demined territories was completed, which was carried out by a certified operator of mine countermeasures, a subsidiary of the State Company “Ukrspecexport” - the State Enterprise “Ukroboronservice”. Specialists of the Inspection Authority confirmed that these territories are safe for living and conducting economic activities.

Land demining in Ukraine, especially in areas affected by military operations, is an important component of ensuring the safety of the population. A serious responsibility rests with the specialists of the Inspection Authority, because every square meter of land must be thoroughly checked and confirmed.

In addition, these results emphasize the importance of cooperation between the Mine Action Center and mine action operators, which provides support in demining issues and leads to an improvement of the overall situation in the region.
